FIEI signed the contract for Paklay District Township Development Project in the headquarter, Fuzhou, with Arcane Valor Holding Limited on November 16,2013. The contract value is about US$ 208 million. The project is committed by Lao’s Ministry Office to be developed , maintained and managed by Bond Worldwide Trading Limited Lao Asia Sole Co., Ltd. The general contractor of project is Arcane Valor Holding Limited. FIEI is the owner-designated sub-contractor. 
The township development project of Paklay District in Laos is Economic-Society 5 years No.7 (2011-2015) of Paklay District, with the total investment US$351 million. FIEI undertakes city road, river embankment, concrete road, underground water pipe, bridge construction, including total 35 items like central government building, department buildings, forestry & technical buildings, clinics with accident & emergency and schools and etc..
