On June 25, 2013, FIEI officially obtained the Class B qualification  for building decorating and repairs engineering design and construction granted by Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Fujian.
According to the Qualification Standard for Building Intelligent Engineering Design and Construction, which is in the document of notification of four design and construction qualification ones with the file No. Jian Shi 2006-40, the enterprise which obtains Building Decorating and Repairs Engineering Design and Construction can carry on the building decorating and repairs single works of not more than RMB12 million Yuan except the curtain wall project, as well as the general contracting, engineering design, construction, management and relevant technology and supervisor services for the general contract of building construction in the range of the qualification certificate permit.  
 The obtaining of the above certificate is beneficial for FIEI to further explore the markets of building decorating and repairs design and construction, and to lay a good foundation for FIEI to develop a new economic growth.  (Author: Chen Shuping)
