On the morning of August 30, a symposium with FCEC on the visit of Formosa Technologies Corporation is convened in FIEI.  Chairman of FCEC Group and General Manager Huang Jianming and deputy general manager Zhang Zhongping, Liu Xiao Qun and General Engineer Ruan Jinfa attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of Board, Zhang Xiancai. 
In the symposium, General Manager Guan Jiapei Introduced the basic condition of FIEI and the status of management diagnostics in recent time to all attendees, stressing promoting the strategy of Self-management and self-construction, strengthening fund concentration management and optimizing the shareholding structures of Funded subsidiaries. Mr. Guan consulted the Formosa experts on the collaborating the relationship between benefits of enterprise’s design and cost, enhancing the execution of management, the control of project cost, implementing the central procurement of bulk materials and lower the risk of management.
During the meeting, our general manager Guan Jiapei first introduced our basic situation to the leaders, expert and guests, and made a brief report about the work on the management diagnosis in the previous stage mainly from three aspects the implementation of strategy“independent construction on its own”, strengthening funds central management, optimizing investment subsidiary ownership structure. General manager Mr. Guan also provided advice to Formosa about how to effectively cooperate the relationship between the benefit of enterprise system design and management cost, improve management execution, control project cost, implement of bulk material centralized purchasing, reduce the risk management and other problems. 
In the meeting, Formosa experts also separately analyze the enterprise’s management problems, which were raised by Financial Department of the group corporation and other enterprise management for main units of ownership.
Finally, the chairman of the Group Corporation Mr.Huang made an important speech, and expressed a warm welcome and hearty thanks to the experts of Formosa management. He also gave an analysis and guidance to the management problem of the Group Company, making the deployment about studying Formosa further on and carry out benchmarking. He put forwards three requirements as follows. One is to regiment thought and to build consensus, requiring each unit should apply good management experience in enterprise management on the base on practical situation. Secondarily, to strengthen the leadership, ensure the benchmarking to obtain physical effect. All related leaders should emphasis on the benchmarking and after making sure the good performance enterprise of the line to find out the gap in enterprise management from the perspective of professional and set a new target for the future after the benchmarking. Thirdly, 
Enhance the enterprise management system and improve the whole management level. All the units should start with the most basic cells of the benchmarking, significantly improving management level of group companies and promoting the group corporation and promoting continuous and healthy development by the efforts in the time of 2-3years.
