This project is the first line to produce reconstituted tobacco by paper making method in Fujian Province, with annual production capacity of 5000 tons. The production line uses natural drug extraction and separation technique and combine the improved paper making procedure to produce the reconstituted tobacco whose physical characteristics is near or surpass the reconstituted tobacco of nature tobacco leaf through certain processing and technique treatment of the main materials like the tobacco stem, smoked sheet, tobacco powder and part of poor quality tobacco leaves, etc, which are wasted in the production of the tobacco.
