Fuzhou Jixiang Mansion is built with 25 floors and total building area of 28,723 square meters, which is designed by Architectural Design Institute of Chongqing Architecture University. Its ventilation and air-conditioning project is installed by FIEI. The system is supplied with more than four groups of multi-riser chilled water. The project is characterized by the innovation in technology, high-quality and special structure. The project gains the Luban Award  of China State construction engineering.
