The project locates in An Thanh industrial zone, Ho Chi Minh City, the Ben Luc province, Vietnam, which is invested by Vina Eco Board Co., Ltd., a Japanese company. The project includes the M&E installation of daily 800 cubic meter process line, whose annual output is 200,000 cubic meter particle boards, and partial non-standard components fabrication and installation, deep design and installation of process firefighting and hot oil pipeline, piping insulation and the supply of partial assorted materials.
The project features single commission and the no-load joint commissioning of the whole production line under the supervision of equipment vendor. Furthermore, cooperating with the owner in the commissioning, eliminate the defects of the materials, equipments installation, which occurs during the test and operational commission. The project quality conforms to the requirements of the foreign experts, the design and that of the manufacturers. The project is completed ahead of the contract schedule, which is highly praised by the owner.
